How We Work
We aim to provide a quote within 2 hours
- Once we receive your enquiry it is assigned to our underwriters, who are fully responsible for the case and your point of contact throughout the lifecycle of the loan.
- Our underwriter reviews your enquiry and, if it meets our criteria, aims to issue a quote within two hours.
- Our underwriter then determines what valuation (if any) is required.
- On receipt/review of the valuation and carrying out all underwriting due diligence, solicitors are instructed.
- Once all legals are complete and all checks have been satisfied, our loan completes, and we release funds.
